Four kinds of events make up almost everything we do. Pick the one that sounds like yours and we’ll take it from there.

Weddings

Plated, family-style, or BBQ buffet. We coordinate with Sunrise Resort, Conestoga Ranch, Legacy Beach, and most lake venues.

Family Reunions

Feed the whole tribe without burning a vacation day on prep. Pick a menu, pick a time, we show up ready.

Corporate Retreats

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner for retreats and off-sites. Healthy options, dietary flexibility, on-time every time.

Lake-House Drops

Just need dinner taken care of? We drop hot food at your rental or cabin. Minimum 12 guests. A week’s notice is ideal — but call us if you need anything sooner and we’ll see what we can do.

Summer Special 01

Skewers & Veggies

$18 / person

Grilled chicken skewers glazed with BBQ sauce, served with roasted peppers and veggies. Side of country potato salad and large chocolate-chip cookies.

Summer Special 02

Andouille BBQ Sausage Tacos

$20 / person

Smokey Andouille sausage in sticky BBQ sauce, topped with superfood slaw and avocado. Spanish rice and black beans. Churros and chocolate sauce for dessert.

Summer Special 03

Beef Short Rib & Spuds

$28 / person

Braised beef short rib roast with garlic and rosemary roasted red potatoes. Garden salad, herb-toasted sliced brioche, blueberry-lemon cake for dessert.

Summer specials require one week’s notice with final RSVP count and full payment due at booking. Minimum 20 guests. One menu option per group.

Choice of pancakes or French toast. Choice of sausage or bacon. Fruit and scrambled eggs.

Breakfast Sandwiches$12

Biscuits, scrambled eggs, choice of sausage and bacon, cheddar cheese, butter, and Chad’s raspberry jam. Add fruit for $2.

Continental Graze$12

Muffins, yogurt, fruit, granola. Choice of sausage or bacon.

Pulled Pork$12

Served on cornbread buns with Chad’s BBQ sauce. Choose 1: coleslaw, salad, baked beans, mac salad, or steamed veggies.

Brisket or Pulled Pork Tacos$15

Spanish rice, cilantro-lime coleslaw, black beans, salsa, onion, and sour cream.

Easy to share, print, or hand to anyone helping plan the event.

Catering Policy 50% deposit required to reserve your event date. Remaining 50% balance and final guaranteed guest count are due two weeks prior to the event. Charges are based on the final count. Minimum 12 meals per selected item or $250 per order, whichever is greater. Orders must be placed as group menu selections — individual meal ordering is not available. Do you cater outside of Laketown?

Yes — anywhere on Bear Lake, both the Utah and Idaho sides. We regularly cater events at Sunrise Resort, Conestoga Ranch, Legacy Beach, Garden City, and private cabins all around the lake.

How far in advance should I book?

14 days’ notice is ideal, and you can book up to a year in advance. If you need something sooner, call us — we’ll do our best to make it work.

Do you handle dietary restrictions?

Gluten-free, vegetarian, dairy-free, and nut-free are all standard for us. Let us know on the form and we’ll build it into the menu — no upcharge for swapping ingredients.

Do you provide servers, plates, or rentals?

Yes. We carry enough real plates, glasses, cutlery, napkins, and chargers to rent for events up to 40 guests (server included). Disposables come standard with drop-off catering. Premium and rental options are spelled out on the menu.

What’s your minimum?

12 guests / meals across the board. Below that, just call — we’ll figure something out.
